Military specification wire (MIL-W-22759) is a high-performance mil-spec hook-up wire designed for aerospace, military, and other harsh-environment applications. It features stranded copper conductors with fluoropolymer insulation (such as PTFE or ETFE) for excellent resistance to heat, chemicals, abrasion, and flame, with many variants rated up to 600V and temperatures as high as 260°C.
